I have been painting and doodling since I was old enough to hold a pencil. My passion for art and design is deep-rooted and I enjoy story telling, listening to people's stories, problem-solving and creating beautiful things that matter with empathy.

My 10 years of experience working in customer service and 5 years in project management as a team member as well as a leader have offered me the ability to use my skills in communication and creative decision-making while deeply empathizing with users in UX Design.

Currently, I'm a UX/UI Designer at Smooth Commerce where I work on their white-label products that an extensive number of brands and labels are using as their platforms everyday. Our clients span from small, local quick-service restaurants, to internationally renowned multi-million dollar corporations.

As a designer at Smooth, I continue to collaborate closely with iOS, Android and Web Developers, Product Managers, QA as well as clients to ensure we keep improving user experiences and that our products are memorable and personalized for new and existing users across all platforms.
